Thank you for shopping with The Kids Master. We are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days (depending on location).
  • Express Delivery: 2-4 business days (available in select locations with additional charges).
  • Delivery times may vary based on shipping destination, courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be canceled, and the refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges.
  • If the package is returned to us, we will contact you for re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged item or your order is missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email us at pratikmakvana96@gmail.com with order details and photos of the damaged item.
  • We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution.

Changes to Shipping Address

  • Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped. Once shipped, changes cannot be accommodated.
  • To request an address change, email us immediately at pratikmakvana96@gmail.com.
