Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.
  • Certain items, such as digital products, personalized items, and hygiene-related products, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions.
  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with details, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, and you will need to initiate a return after receiving the item.
